Event Promotion Form

Thanks for using the Event Promotion form - this will help ensure your request gets the love and care it deserves. NOTE: This is best suited for new events, not current ongoing events such as small groups, classes, or ministry team meetings - except to update big changes. While we will always work to accommodate your requests, please at least 8-10 weeks prior to the event date. If you need to adjust any details after submitting the form, please email marketing@pvumc.org.

Please note PVUMC has many events to promote (what a great thing!). Therefore, the PVUMC staff does reserve the right to determine the necessary promotional tactics for each event. Typically, we provide a slide, poster, event page, bulletin blurb, and E-News mention. If you would like to market through other means you are welcome to, and you are welcome to use any artwork we provide!

This will be the name of your event, or the headline of your announcement.

For events, this will be the day of the event - for other announcements, when is the last Sunday you would like this information promoted?
